Frank Kane announces the opening of Kane Heating

Frank Kane, along with his wife,  Bobbie and Charlie Kane have opened a new heating company on Washington Street in Charlotte, Michigan This is the newest business in Charlotte as the community continues to grow.  Frank said he saw a great opportunity to build their business in Eaton County from their Charlotte location.

 Kane Heating builds at their new location

It took only five short years for Frank's dream to come true.   Frank bought the property at 104 Island Hwy and constructed small, modest building to house their rapidly growing business. As the business grew, they added several more warehouses.  The latest addition being a full, custom sheet metal shop..  Kane Heating is still located at the same location sixty plus years later!

 Frank and Bobbie Kane Retire

After forty-three years of successfully growing and operating Kane Heating, Frank and Bobbie announced their retirement. Wanting to make sure the business continued to grow and thrive, the Kane's sold the business to their long-time employees, Joe and Kathleen Hubbard and Chad Lewis Jr.

Honoring the good name and reputation of Kane Heating and the Kane family,  the new owners decided to maintain the company name.   Making very few changes to the successful business Frank had founded, Joe Kathy, and Chad continued to operate a strong, successful business and maintained the good reputation that goes along with the Kane name.

 Chad Lewis Jr. Becomes Sole Owner of Kane Heating and Ventilating

In 2019, following the passing of Joe Hubbard, Chad Lewis Jr.  the balance of the Kane heating business from Kathy Hubbard.

Chad proudly carries on the traditions set by Frank and Bobbie Kane sixty plus years ago.

       Today

 Kane Heating is a full service heating and air conditioning company

Kane offers sales, installation, and service (including emergency service 365 days a year) for furnaces, air conditioning systems, air to heat pumps, boilers, humidifiers, air cleaners, and water heaters all installed and serviced  by our team of service and installation professionals.

We also offer services such as duct cleaning, design and build of custom sheet metal projects, both big and small.
